Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Business Managers for our Two-Wheeler Finance business. The role involves sourcing loan cases, maintaining dealer relationships, driving disbursement growth, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals.

The candidate should have strong understanding of two-wheeler finance operations and the ability to identify suitable banking partners based on customer eligibility and profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source two-wheeler loan business through dealers and market channels.
  • Build and maintain strong dealership and channel partner relationships.
  • Understand customer profiles and evaluate loan eligibility.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for approvals.
  • Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and market meetings.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and onboarding process.
  • Monitor portfolio quality and process compliance.
  • Monitor EMI collections and overdue cases within assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure healthy portfolio quality and minimize delinquency levels.
  • Coordinate with collection teams and dealers for timely recovery follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Graduate required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Finance.
  • Good understanding of banking and loan approval processes.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Dealer network and local market knowledge preferred.
  • Lead sourcing experience preferred.
  • Strong execution and relationship management capability.
