Area Manager - Used Car Finance

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Area Managers for our Used Car Finance business to drive business growth, manage Business Managers across assigned markets, and ensure achievement of sales and disbursement targets.

The role requires strong market understanding, dealer relationship management, portfolio quality monitoring, and the ability to drive sourcing and business expansion across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Business Managers across assigned locations.
• Drive area-level sales, sourcing, and disbursement growth.
• Ensure achievement of volume and sales targets.
• Monitor PDD control and portfolio quality management.
• Build and strengthen dealer and channel partner network.
• Track market trends, competition, and business opportunities.
• Drive business expansion and market penetration across the area.
• Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate required.
• 4–8 years of experience in Used Car Finance.
• Strong market knowledge and dealer network.
• Experience in sourcing, disbursement, and business growth.
• Understanding of PDD control and portfolio quality management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Team handling and leadership capabilities.
