Triumph Speed 400 Deliveries To Begin Soon, As Bikes Reach Dealerships

The Speed 400 booking amount has increased to Rs 10,000 from previous Rs 2,000.
Recently launched Triumph Speed 400 is all prepared for the deliveries to its customers. The awaited retro roadster Speed 400 has started reaching the dealerships in the country. As per reports, the exact date on which the deliveries will commence is August 1.
The Speed 400 solo trim is priced at Rs 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the booking amount of the Speed 400 has also taken a hike from Rs 2,000 to Rs 10,000.
Triumph-brand bikes are being manufactured at the Bajaj’s Chakan-2 manufacturing unit. The Triumph Speed 400 was launched on July 5, while Triumph Scrambler 400 X was showcased with announcement to launch in the coming October month.
It is pitted against the likes of Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and Classic 350 in the segment. The Speed 400 is offered with plethora of official accessories to choose from, which include aesthetic as well as practical ones.
Triumph Speed 400 comes with a 398.15cc, liquid-cooled, 4 valve, DOHC, single-cylinder engine that gives out 40 PS and 37.5 Nm of power and torque numbers respectively. The peppy engine is coupled to a six-speed gearbox.
