All-new 2024 KTM Duke 250 Launched In India at Rs 2.39 Lakh

The new KTM Duke 250 has an all-new bodywork, more features and a few tweaks to its engine, compared to the outgoing version. 

  • The new KTM Duke 250 is now on sale in two colors – Electronic Orange and Ceramic White.
  • The new Duke 250 produces 1 PS and 1 Nm more than the outgoing version.
  • Bookings for the new Duke 250 are now open for Rs 4,499.

Alongside the launch of the bigger and more powerful Duke 390, KTM has also introduced the all-new Duke 250. Priced at Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the new KTM Duke 250 can now be booked at KTM India’s website for Rs 4,499. At tis price, the new Duke 250 will compete with the Suzuki Gixxer 250, Bajaj Dominar 250, Triumph Speed 400 and TVS Apache RTR 310.

Compared to the outgoing model, the new KTM Duke 250 gets a whole new bodywork, which looks sharper and more aggressive. It also gets a 5-inch full-LCD instrument console, slipper clutch and a bi-directional quick-shifter, though it misses out on riding modes and launch control offered in the new Duke 390. It also gets WP Apex upside-down front forks and WP Apex off-set rear mono-shock from the Duke 390 but misses out on the adjustability for the front suspension as offered in the Duke 390.

KTM has revised the liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 249cc engine of the Duke 390 with a new cylinder head and a larger box. As a result, it now produces 31 PS of power and 25 Nm of torque – 1 PS and 1 Nm more than the outgoing model.
