Along with this, the bike will soon get a price hike too.

  • The X440 packs a 440cc air-cooled engine making 27PS and 38Nm.
  • In terms of pricing, the X440 began from a mouth-watering Rs 2.29 lakh.
  • Rivals to the X440 include the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Honda H’ness CB350.

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has temporarily stopped accepting orders for its Indian-made Harley-Davidson motor bike. The company has already received a whopping 25,597 orders for the Harley-Davidson X440. This high demand surprised everyone. The time to place orders, which began on July 4, is now closed. But don't worry, the company will soon announce when you can start ordering again.

The Harley-Davidson X440, which is the least expensive option from the brand, is going to cost more soon. Hero MotoCorp has revealed a price increase of Rs 10,500 for all versions of this roadster.

Initially, the Harley-Davidson X440 was launched at a starting price of Rs 2,29,000 (ex-showroom), and you could reserve one with a booking fee of Rs 5,000. However, this booking opportunity was only open until August 3rd. After that, the bike will be available at higher prices.

The production of the Harley-Davidson X440 will start in September 2023, and they will start delivering the bikes to customers in October. The prices for different versions of the bike have been changed. The Denim, Vivid, and S versions now cost Rs 2.39 lakh, Rs 2.59 lakh, and Rs 2.79 lakh respectively.

Back on July 3, 2023, when the Harley-Davidson X440 made its debut, the initial price it carried was quite attractive given its features. But Harley's excitement didn't last long, as Triumph outshone the X440 by offering an astonishing introductory price of Rs 2,23,000 for the initial 10,000 buyers.
