Ola Electric stands tall as a frontrunner in India's electric two-wheeler domain, commanding an enviable position in the market. Despite an already impressive track record, the company continues to make waves, particularly in the e-scooter segment where it emerged as an early trailblazer. 

March 2024 heralded yet another milestone for Ola Electric as it notched up a record-breaking achievement, selling over 53,000 electric scooters in a single month, marking the fifth consecutive month of soaring success. This unprecedented feat catapulted the company to its highest-ever monthly sales figure, underscoring its dominance in the electric vehicle landscape.

In a significant disclosure, Ola Electric divulged that its e-scooter bookings for March 2024 crossed the 53,000 mark, further cementing its position as a market leader. The announcement was accompanied by news of a staggering 115% year-on-year growth, with the company selling a total of 3,28,785 units in the preceding fiscal year. This substantial leap from the previous year's sales of 1,52,741 units underscores Ola Electric's exponential growth trajectory.

Notably, the electric two-wheeler market witnessed a robust 30% expansion, signaling favourable conditions for manufacturers across the board. Electric two-wheelers accounted for 9% of total two-wheeler sales in March 2024, reaffirming the sector's burgeoning prominence. 

Ola Electric proudly retained its pole position in the electric two-wheeler segment for March 2024, buoyed by a remarkable 42% growth in quarterly sales compared to the preceding quarter. The company's quarterly sales surged to 1,19,310 units, a significant leap from the previous quarter's 84,133 units.

Ola Electric's current lineup comprises three electric scooters – the S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1X+ – all powered by the company's cutting-edge MoveOS 4. With the top-of-the-line Ola S1 Pro priced at Rs. 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom) and the entry-level variant available at Rs. 85,000 (ex-showroom), the company offers a diverse range to cater to varying consumer preferences. 

The company attributes its sustained growth to a strategic focus on continuous product enhancement, attractive discounts, and burgeoning consumer demand for electric two-wheelers.
