Ola Electric Registers 24k Unit Sales in October, While Ola Festive Offers Continue To Win Hearts

The two-wheeler maker has witnessed multifold growth versus last year.

Ola Electric registered sales of 24,000 units in the month of October 2023, marking a significant growth versus the same period last year. The electric two-wheeler manufacturer stated that it witnessed 2.5 times higher sales during the Navratri and Dussehra festival season compared to 2022. This indicates growing consumer interest in Ola Electric's product range.

Ola Electric Festive Offers & Schemes

To further boost sales during this festive season, the company has introduced various promotional offers and schemes. Customers can avail benefits up to Rs. 24,500 while purchasing Ola electric scooters. The brand is also providing a 5-year battery warranty worth Rs. 7,000 as an added benefit. Additionally, customers can avail an exchange bonus of up to Rs. 10,000 on their old two-wheeler.

No Cost EMI

Ola Electric has also partnered with financial institutions to provide no-cost EMI financing options. Customers can avail additional discounts of up to Rs. 7,500 on the final price through this financing scheme. 

Extended Warranty

The EV maker is also offering extended warranty on select models to assure customers of quality after-sales service. All these festive offers are valid until November 12, 2022 and are aimed at boosting sales further.

Recently in August 2023, Ola Electric introduced its Gen 2 platform comprising new models and variants. The company's product portfolio now includes the S1 Pro, S1 Air and the S1 X range of electric scooters. Ola has discontinued its entry-level S1 model as part of the product overhaul.

Ola S1 Pro Gen 2

The S1 Pro Gen 2 is the most premium offering from Ola Electric with a price tag of Rs. 1,47,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). It offers the longest range and most smart features among the company's models. On the other hand, the S1 Air is the most affordable model priced at Rs. 1,19,999, targeting budget-conscious buyers.

Ola S1X

The S1X is available in three variants to cater to different customers. The S1X 2kWh is priced at Rs. 89,999, S1X 3kWh at Rs. 99,999 and the top-spec S1X Plus at Rs. 1,09,999. The multiple options allows buyers to choose as per their budget and usage requirements.

The robust October sales performance indicates Ola Electric's measures to boost production capacity and launch new products are paying off. The company seems to be on track to register strong growth in FY2023-24 on the back of revamped product portfolio and higher output levels.
