Ola S1 X launched in India at Rs 89,999

The new budget electric scooter from Ola is offered in three variants

• Receives a claimed ride range of 151km (3kWh battery pack)
• Features a top speed of 90kph
• The top end variants come equipped with LCD display

Ola Electric has pulled the wraps off its much anticipated Ola S1 X low-priced electric scooter. The new entry-level electric scooters are offered in three variants namely S1 X, S1 X (3kWh) and S1 X+, and priced between Rs 89,999 and Rs 1,09,999.

The budget scooter range will be offered with Rs 10,000 discount on the said prices for the first week i.e. until August 21.

Among the three, the SX 1is priced at Rs 89,999 and is equipped with a 2kWh battery pack. Whereas, the mid-spec variant SX 1 3kWh is tagged at Rs 99,999. The top of the X range is ruled by S1 X+ variant that gets 3kWh battery pack along with host of modern connectivity features. It is priced at Rs 1,09,999. On the spec part, as per Ola, the S1 X is packed with the same hub motor as the Ola S1 Air.

The base model (2kWh battery pack) receives lesser range i.e. 91km compared to 151km of the top end variant. All three variants of the S1 X can be booked online on company’s website. According to the Ola Electric, the deliveries for the top-spec S1 X+ will kick-off by September end, while the deliveries for two lower variants will commence in December 2023.
