Scooter AndBike Launches In October 2023: All Listed

With the expected launch of 6 new two-wheelers, October will be probably as existing as September

• As many as four bikes, one scooter and one moped will be unveiled this month.
• Out of four motorcycles, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and Aprilia RS 457 are awaited
• Besides Scrambler 400X and Ather 450S, Kinetic Electric Luna will be a surprise element

The previous month saw a massive rush of launches and unveilings in the country. Similar to September 2023, October also anticipates some promising two-wheeler launches. The list of expected launches comprises a of total six vehicles, including Aprilia RS 457, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, Triumph Scrambler 400X, Ather 450S, Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, and Kinetic e-Luna. 

Here are the details of the six two-wheelers ready for the October 2023 launch:

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450

Since its announcement, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has been tickling the minds of ADV bike enthusiasts in India. Of late, many spy shots and spec doc details have emerged about the new RE bike. After its launch, the Himalayan 450 will go up against the KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400 and will flaunt an expected price label of Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom).

Aprilia RS 457

The super sports bike Aprilia RS 457 is expected to hit Indian shores by mid-October 2023. The bike receives a hard-hitting parallel-twin motor for breath-taking performance alongside a premium equipment list. To be priced around Rs 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom), it might undercut the Ninja 400. 

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650

Recently, the leaked documents of the high-capacity Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 were revealed online.  Estimated to be priced at nearly Rs 3.25 lakh (ex-showroom), after its launch it will launch the RE 650cc league of Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, and the Super Meteor 650.   

Triumph Scrambler 400X

After the stupendous success of its sibling Speed 400, Triumph is all set to release the Scrambler 400X this month. Like how Brit bike maker tagged the Speed 400 with a killer price tag, a similar notion is expected to be repeated with the Triumph Scrambler 400 X. Its price is expected to be around Rs 2.70 lakh (ex-showroom).

New Ather 450S Variant

The new Ather 450S will ride high on the range aspect as it may receive a mind-blowing 150+ km certified range. The new 450S variant may get costlier by Rs 15,000-30,000 over the present 450S price of Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru). Ather 450S e-scooter will compete with the likes of TVS iQube Electric and Ola S1 Air. 

Kinetic Electric Luna

After a long wait, the electric version of the famous moped, Kinetic Luna may see the sun in October month. The Kinetic e-Luna is expected to achieve a top speed of about 50kmph and a range of nearly 100km. The estimated price of the Kinetic Electric Luna will be Rs 80,000- 90,000 (ex-showroom)approx.
