That said, there are no mechanical changes to the sporty 125cc commuter.
- The Iron Man colorway will attract those who love their bikes bright and flashy.
- If you’re more of the subtle and stealthy kind, the Black Panther will be your thing.
- At Rs 98,919, the Super Squad Editions only demand a minor price hike.
TVS Motor Company has introduced the latest addition to its lineup, the Raider Super Squad Edition, in the Indian market. This fresh iteration of the Raider 125 series comes in a sole variant and offers a choice of two distinct paint options.
Specifications | TVS Raider |
---|---|
Engine | 125cc |
Maximum Power | 11.38PS |
Maximum Torque | 11.2Nm |
Transmission | 5-speed |
Drawing inspiration from iconic Marvel characters, Black Panther and Iron Man, the Raider Super Squad Edition showcases a unique aesthetic. The Black Panther theme combines black and purple tones, resulting in a striking dual-tone appearance for the Raider 125.
Conversely, the Iron Man rendition presents a color scheme dominated by red and white. These captivating paint schemes are further complemented by exclusive graphics that embellish various parts of the motorcycle, including the headlight cowl, front fender, fuel tank, engine cowl, and rear panels.
While the motorcycle's core engine specifications and hardware closely resemble the standard model, the TVS Raider 125 Super Squad Edition remains faithful to the 124.8cc single-cylinder engine. Mated to a five-speed gearbox, this engine generates a peak power of 11.38PS at 7,500rpm and a maximum torque of 11.2Nm at 6,000rpm.
Notably, the feature set remains unchanged from the standard model, with the Super Squad Edition retaining elements such as an LED headlight, LED taillight, conventional bulb turn indicators, a digital display, and a combined braking system.
As highlighted earlier, the new TVS Raider 125 Super Squad Edition is available in a single variant and carries a price tag of Rs. 98,919 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
