Auto Expo 2023: Some Exciting Scooters, Bikes To Watch Out 

All-electric vehicles are going to be show-stealers at the Auto Expo 2023, with many new players participating this time.

Auto Expo 2023 is here, and this year, the show is going to be dominated by new electric two-wheeler manufacturers and Adishwar Auto Rides India (AARI). While there are a few homegrown electric two-wheeler makers, AARI will be displaying a few Chinese-owned brands like QJ Motor, Benelli, and Keeway. Here’s a complete list of all the brands which will be present at the Auto Expo 2023 with their offerings:

Tork Motors

Tork Motors will be displaying a more premium all-electric motorcycle, which is touted to be positioned above the current sole offering from the brand, the Kratos. This new all-electric motorcycle from Tork Motors, Kratos X will be a more premium offering with a more powerful motor and battery setup and new-generation features like a TFT instrument console and faster charging.

Matter Energy

Ahmedabad-based Matter Energy will display their first-ever all-electric premium motorcycle. The bike will feature a 4-speed manual gearbox – a very interesting move, which is usually not seen or heard of in an e-motorcycle.

Ultraviolette

Ultraviolette recently launched its first-ever all-electric motorcycle, the high-performance F77, in two variants – Original and Recon. Both these versions of the Ultraviolette F77 will be on display at the Auto Expo.

Liger Mobility 

Another new homegrown brand, Liger Mobility, will be showcasing two of its all-electric scooters, Liger X and Liger X+. The highlight of these scooters is the self-balancing technology, which helps them to stay balanced on its own when the scooter is stationary or being ridden at light speeds.

Greaves Electric

Greaves Electric, under its sub-brand Ampere, will be displaying a coupe of all-electric scooters, both of which will be positioned above the current offering Magnus EV, once they get launched in India. While one of these scooters is a more premium version of the Magnus with a better powertrain, the other will be a high-speed offering with more modern features. 

LML

LML will be displaying the Star maxi-scooter and Moonshot electric motorcycle at the Auto Expo 2023. Out of these two offerings, the Moonshot is a more eye-catching and unique offering, which is a pedal-assisted e-bike with a super moto-like styling. 

Benelli

Benelli will be showcasing the Leonine 800, a bigger and more powerful iteration of the Leonine 500, powered by a 754cc twin-cylinder engine. The other motorcycle expected to be showcased by Benelli at the Auto Expo 2023 is the 752 S naked roadster.

Keeway

Keeway will also be showcasing a couple of new motorcycles, such as the SR 250 retro scrambler, the LFC 700 flagship cruiser and the BD500 cruiser. Out of these motorcycles, both cruisers are powered by four-cylinder engines and boast muscular, eye-catching designs. 

Moto Bologna Passione (MBP)

Another Chinese-owned European brand to have its display at the Auto Expo is Moto Bologna Passione (MBP). This new entrant in India will showcase some of its key offerings like the M502N and C1002V cruiser, though it is not clear which one of these motorcycles will be launched in India.

QJ Motor

This Chinese manufacturer launched in India a few weeks ago with a range of 250-400cc motorcycles, like the SRC 250, SRC 500, SRK 400 and SRV 300, all of which will be on display at the Auto Expo 2023. In addition to these, there will also be a faired version of the SRK 400 on display.
