Atumobile, a Hyderabad-based sustainable electric vehicle manufacturer has launched the Atum Vader. As an inaugural offer, the latest Atum bike is made available at an introductory price of Rs 99,999 for the first 1000 customers. Dubbed as India’s first high-speed electric cafe racer, it can be booked through their official website at Rs 999. Atum Vader gets a maximum ride range of 100 km on a single charge.

This is the second electric bike from the EV maker, with first being Atum 1.0. The bike was launched online on all their social media channels and company’s website. The e-bike is approved by the ARAI and is offered in a single variant and five shade options. As per the company, the Vader is approved by the ARAI for its range.

Atum Vader features a unique design and can be accelerated up to 65 kmph, which is its top speed. Some more impressive aspects of Vader includes a large 2.4 kWh battery pack, sturdy tubular chassis, big boot space of 14-litre, LED side indicators, tail lamp, robust set of off-road tyres, and others. As per Atumobile, the Vader is designed and developed keeping Indian riders, weather and road conditions in mind. 

In the company’s unique Make-in-India initiative, the Atum Vader electric bikes are produced in Atumobile’s Net Zero manufacturing solar-powered zero-emission facility. The indigenous production unit is based in Patancheru, Telangana. Sighting the demand, its production capacity has been amplified to 3,00,000 units per year from earlier 25,000 units per year. The facility is spread across a total area of 20,000 sq. ft., and feature World’s 1st Electricity Generating Solar Roof, making it truly green in every sense.
